Here's some more information about camp
Discoveries Camp is run by volunteers from various churches mostly in South-East Queensland. Our leaders are approved by the camp directors. Many leaders have years of experience at camp, coming back year by year. Our leaders hold the Queensland Government's "Blue Card" for suitability to work with children.  Having lots of fun safely is our highest priority - living in a spiritually, physically and emotionally safe camp community

Discoveries is a not-of-profit camp, we arrange equipment & services with the kind assistance of supportive companies and friends, but we can't do it all for free!

Camp Cost:
Previous Camp costs (final cost for 2011 avail. Sept)
Early registration $220 (before 27 November)
Full registration costs $245 (closes Christmas Eve)
Around $40/day all inclusive

We can give you a receipt to claim the rebate for camp

We can provide transport for camp. We usually pick up at Chermside, Springwood and Goodna. Times will be provided closer to camp.

(Price includes GST naturally. We are battling rising costs and government bureaucracy but are determined to keep the camp cost as low as possible) Any generous benefactors welcome!
